I know because I’ve been there too
For years, I’ve built my career the way most women are taught to: attaching my value to my productivity, pushing harder, trying to carry everything.
I relied entirely on personal effort and external validation, until I reached the point where I got stuck: I achieved my biggest quarter ever. It was supposed to feel great, but on the inside I was ready to quit.
That's when I realised the problem wasn't my work, but the way I was operating.

This mentorship is for ambitious women in corporate management and leadership, who are ready to maximise their performance and influence to create sustainable success and career growth without sacrificing their wellbeing.

We meet online for 8 private sessions over 3 months: weekly in month one, then fortnightly. Between sessions you have tailored exercises, plus voice and text support Monday to Friday.

That's normal. Most women arrive knowing the cost but not the cause. The first stage of the program is designed to find that out — you don't need to have it figured out.

No. This is career and leadership coaching focused on performance, decisions and your next level. If you need clinical support, I'll always encourage you to seek it.
