As a leader, I spent nine years running teams and businesses across Brazil and Australia. I hired, promoted and built teams from scratch, and I saw how often the best person didn't get the role because someone else had a clearer story.
As an executive recruiter, I see what hiring managers look for, what makes one candidate stand out from a strong shortlist and why talented people get overlooked. I recruit senior talent in fast-moving, performance driven sectors where every career decision counts.
