Nice to meet you, I’m Debora Lengler, a lawyer, headhunter, career coach, mum, business owner and Women’s Mentor.
My mission is to help women own their potential and master their energy to lead their lives from a place of clarity, confidence and wholeness.
I know what it’s like to hold it all together on your own and not trust your ability to deliver, even when your track record proves you can.
I left my legal career behind and moved to Australia to restart life as a single mother.
For years, I built success through strength and resilience, but beneath it all, I felt disconnected, drained and unfulfilled.
My turning point happened when I transformed how I relate to success, prosperity and self-worth.
When I integrated my masculine drive with my feminine creative power.
That shift changed everything.
It allowed me to rest without guilt, reclaim confidence and mental clarity, and lead from alignment instead of fear.

We’ll meet on Zoom for 6 deep, transformative conversations. Each session includes reflection and practical exercises to help you achieve your goals.
Expect continuous live support, a safe space and gentle yet powerful practices that help you reconnect with your energy, find balance and lead with more ease and presence. -
You’ll have 6 live Zoom sessions, each session lasting 90 minutes. Sessions are scheduled weekly in the first month and fortnightly in the second month.
